The steel structure parts of Tavol container tilter are made of Q355B manganese steel welded together, and the connection is made of 12.9 high strength bolts. The lifting column is made of 340×250H steel with four layers of steel plate reinforced on both sides, the double lane load-bearing beam is made of 175×245H steel with four layers of steel plate reinforced on both sides, and the single lane load-bearing beam is made of 200×200H steel with two layers of steel plate reinforced on both sides. The locking device is made of 40cr alloy steel forging.
